First time. DUB to Downtown went easily enough. Good driver assistance there too, to make sure we wer getting on the correct route.
Used the Belfast route on return. It was not immediately obvious that there's just one route from Belfast, and it was difficult on the website to clearly understand just where the bus pickup location was in Belfast.
