Very disappointed.
Outgoing journey was about 10minutes late.
Return journey - coach was 20mins yes late with very poor comms from the staff on the ground. The bus had to be changed - and we left an hour late.
The bus itself poor with the advertised chargers not working.
The driver himself was fine and did his best.
