I’m currently on the aircoach from cork to dublin and it’s not acceptable to have to endure a 3h with a disgusting smell from the toilet which hasn’t been cleaned in a long time.
The temperature is not being regulated and we’re in such uncomfortable conditions for the price we pay it would be expected a higher level of respect to the customers. This is a private run company where customers aren’t coming first in the priorities.
