Have previously used aircoach for short journeys (Dublin centre to airport) but recently used aircoach for trip from Derry to Dublin. There was no AC turned on on the bus on a sunny day, the plugs were not working to charge phones.
Staff were friendly but all in all it was a very uncomfortable journey
