Good experience overall. As a 703 user, I must say that the current schedule is problematic as there is an option every two hours. There have been numerous times when I would prefer the Aircoach but it just would not align with the required time to be at the airport. On those occasions, I resorted to using taxis, which is not ideal. Hopefully, schedules can be updated and more options be added throughout the day. Additionally, it would be preferable to have the drivers monitor the luggage storage when the doors are open, as there is currently limited oversight of passers-by potentially stealing one.
