Hi, I was travelling recently with Aircoach and as Always the aircon was on full cold, we were freezing inside, got sick with a sore throat and headache next day, this is happening every time I travel.
Not happy at all, can you please sort that problem as we don't need the aircon full on, could it be set at 19 ° not at 10° please otherwise will have to travel with a different company. The bus was also old the seats weren't comfortable, non of the chargers worked so no phone to charge.
Very disappointed.
