- The frequency of busses is insufficient - every route should operate at least hourly
- The routes should initiate to operate much earlier in the day in order to accommodate for early flights
- The arrival time indicated on the website is heavily underestimated. Even though the bus was not stuck in traffic, the arrival was significantly later than indicated which means that the estimate is unrealistic.
- The drivers don't always announce the next stop. The driver in this trip shouted names of the upcoming stop, but one could not really hear it clearly at the back of the bus. This is certainly not a driver's issue (his priority is to drive us safely), but rather an issue of poor infrastructure. The stop announcements should be automatic via the speaker.
- I have no clue what delivery are you talking about in this questionnaire below. This was a shuttle bus and not a courier service.
