Even though the bus was not stuck in traffic, the arrival was significantly later than indicated which means that the estimate is unrealistic. - The drivers don't always announce the next stop. The driver in this trip shouted names of the upcoming stop, but one could not really hear it clearly at the back of the bus. This is certainly not a driver's issue (his priority is to drive us safely), but rather an issue of poor infrastructure.
