Boarded bus in Belfast for transport to Dublin Airport. The luggage was placed in back of the cargo hold due to the volume of passengers. At arrival at the airport the bus driver made no effort to retrieve the luggage. A 65 year old passenger needed to crawl into the cargo hold to retrieve the luggage.
I am sure the company could provide some type of extension hook to retrieve the bags instead of having passengers climb into the hold area.
