Two trips, one from Belfast to Dublin, delayed about two hours... the only notification we got was an e-mail send to us an hour after the scheduled departure time. Second trip from Dublin to Dublin Airport, bus didn't even show up and after more then hour and a half of waiting we decided to take a cab so we could make it in time for our plane. Comfort, pricing, nothing is above average with this company, and whats most important, if you want to make it on time for anything or even make your plans around trips booked with AirCouch, you better don't, just use any other form of transport, really...
