I booked a ticket on Oct. 29, Sunday, 4:21 am. Bus didn't show up and they won't even give a refund. Really bad customer service. Did anyone experience the same problem, there was like 6 of us waiting in the bus stop, Leeson Street. I ended up taking a taxi cause otherwise I'll miss my flight.
Could at least give me a refund of the ticket.
