Needed to travel Cork to Dublin and booked 2 seats on aircoach, when I returned to site after verifying bank details the session had timed out. I began again and when checking my account I was charged twice. Aircoach refused to refund one of the transactions, though admitted they could see the same transaction took place 6 minutes apart.
Spoke to a nice gentleman on the phone who was very helpful, saying it was sorted and then received an email saying the opposite.
Unprofessional, unhelpful in general.
