While i was initially relieved to get through to a human when i called ... they were as unhelpful as a bot!
I had made a mistake in my booking and sent a reply within 10 minutes to the email receipt I had received.
As it was not Info@... they "could do nothing"
I am extremely disappointed in this new pay to change tickets and the extremely unhelpful staff on the end of the phone
I will be travelling translink from. now on. 2 tickets lost due to new policy.
