I bought a ticket and realized the destinations had been swapped (error from my keyboard). Called customer care just a second after receiving the receipt and realizing my error but nothing can be done about it as it's policy.
I have used all the money I've got left on my card and have no one to help me as am a stranger/immigrant here for an exam, now stranded.
