the driver was rude and unfriendly. i had an extra bag and was aware/prepared to pay and he rudely told me i cannot have my bag. Just rude and disrespectful to a customer. Then i watched him throw my bags on the ground and back onto the bus (my bags must have blocked something) as I waited for my terminal drop off. Nor was he helpful as he watched angrily me as a 5’2 young girl lifting a 70 and 50 pound suitcase. Just rude all around.
