Sometimes the 700 does not come and there is no way of tracking it at all so, you never know if it will come or not.
Another thing you need to change urgently is asking the poor drivers to check the tickets with a tablet. It never read the barcode straight away. If there is a queue specially when it approaches town its a nightmare. They need to check tickets, open the luggage compartment, close it...way too much time wasted.
