Firstly the bus was late and he didn’t greet us. He opened the luggage hold without saying a word. Then ran back inside to check tickets, fair enough. Driver was extremely rude when I showed him my ticket. I used my student leap card to pay for the ticket online but didn’t have it when the bus arrived. I showed him my leap account which said I had a valid Young Adult Leap card with money on it. I also showed him my college student card. He was just so rude about the whole thing huffing and rolling his eyes and not listening to anything I was saying. Didn’t even give me the option of buying a return and forced me to pay for an adult single. I did read the terms and conditions but I had all my proof there and you can’t even buy a ticket without a student leapcard number. I was just ignored from the get go treating me like a belligerent small girl. All in all it’s been a really negative start to my trip and It’s made me very anxious. I’m honestly not one to complain about things, especially not on customer service because I understand people can have bad days. This just really stressed me out. As I said, I read the terms and conditions so I know ye it’s not refundable but is there any chance I could get a refund on my return ticket for the way home. I will not be using my ticket after todays experience.
