I would advise any person thinking of booking this company avoid at all costs. The attitude of the employee at their call centre was nothing short of disgraceful, an absolute total absence of customer service I personally found shocking.
I will NEVER use this company again. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF THINKING TGEY CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.
