Booked for Airport-7.20 am Wed 22nd.
Didnt turn up so l had to book a taxi at 7.50
I rang customer service that afternoon but they said-no one in office till 8.30am so no one could put message on website stating it was running late(it turned up at 7 55!!!)
This was absolutely no good to me as l would have missed my flight
My taxi was €22.
Extremely dissatisfied with service.
