Yesterday I went to the Air coach website and bought two tickets for the next day, at 6:21 from leeson st lower. I went to the bus stop and waited for the bus, at the right time the bus came but didn't stop, the sign said that was full. In my knowledge when you buy tickets in advanced means that you are guaranteed to board, but that doesn't happen with air coach.
The next air coach was in 30min time, without guarantee that the driver was going to allow us to board the bus, so we were forced to get a very expensive taxi to the airport.
