I'm a frequent traveler on the Aircoach from Dublin to Cork, I'm using my student leap card to book tickets and travel for ages. The driver charged me extra 11 euros today when traveling from Dublin to Cork at 12pm, 23rd June 2024 stating that Student Leap Card is not a valid way to travel on a Young Adult Leap Card. The Driver was very rude infact.
Please let me know how can I report this behavior towards me
