I have used the aircoach many times in the past but this morning I was very disappointed. We were at our stop 14 mins prior to the scheduled time. The bus didn’t come for another 22 minutes after the scheduled time. I was not alone, as I spoke to other passengers who had the same problem and are now very stressed and anxious about getting to the airport late!
No apology from the very unfriendly driver either!
