I have used your service over many years. In January 2023 I was stood in queue at Dublin airport for airbus. As I have a disability, ie limited mobility in both legs when I boarded bus and handed in my travel pass, which I had used on other occasions with no problems, I was told by a rude driver that I had to get off bus and wait till all other passengers with a paid ticket had boarded. Which I did and stood outside bus and when I boarded bus to sit in empty front seat as a disabled passenger the driver told me I couldn't sit there. I asked him why and he told me he was keeping the seat for someone. On arrival at terminal 2 bus stop a young girl boarded bus and sat in front seat. I wrote a formal complaint and stated I felt discriminated against due to being told passengers with travel pass had to wait until all other passengers had boarded. I also stated to company about the issue of not being allowed to sit in front seat but yet a young girl could sit in it at terminal 2. I also told company I was not looking for preferential treatment, just common courtesy. I got no reply from your company and have never used your service since.
