Coach arrived 30 mins late. No explanation or apology. Indeed greeted by aggressive driver insisting it was not his problem. Would have to make serious effort to be so rude and unhelpful .
Nice guy at call centre in Leeds was decent but had no information, but at least was pleasant to deal with.
Very surprised as normally a good service.
