Received an email the day before the booking that the route was cancelled and I could change the ticket with no fee or get a refund.
I tried several times to change the ticket, even clearing my cookies, but the button doesn't do anything but turn white and neither does the refund button, but I did notice a 1.50 fee on the main page even tho the history didn't show a change or refund and it was supposed to be free anyway.
Guess I'll just show up and hope I get on the next one. Very frustrated.
