used AC for years to dub airport from city. usually good service hence using repeatedly but. last month coach didnt arrive at all was left in pouring rain, fortunately next on schedule did arrive, although it was late.
also the QR code IS the ticket, yet some drivers for no given reason; ask me to show them the confirmation email, which after checking this with AC staff im told is unnecessary and they should not be asking for it, irritating. this makes me consider changing to a rival coach company
