Your website is glitchy, takes far too long to purchase a ticket. The bus is stripped back on comfort, like the Ryanair of bus services. No tray for laptops or phones, usb connection is from the ceiling rather than the seat in front, no curtains, tiny seat that doesn’t fit me and I’m 5’ 7,- I want to sleep but there’s no headrest. Dublin express is the way to go. The driver today was very sound and patient
