I bought my railair tickets online on the 5th of August. I rang your helpline and requested a solution as I was in a genuine mistake. Your agent must have been a newbie as he took a long time to type and then didn't forward the email to the necessary department nor to me . I spoke to the coach driver and he gave me the contact number and reassured me that it should be fine but should ckeck again as I hadn't had any acknowledgement. I rang again, a week later and Penny Mc kenzie was able to sort out the problem straightaway
I am very happy with her help and hopefully I will get my full refund soon
