I am absolutely FUMING with all aspects of your service.
Your 4pm on August 19 bus never showed up, when an inbound journey did show, he said he wasn’t going back to Dublin which is fine but he was so rude and unhelpful as to what or when the next bus would be.
Then I called the call centre to be met with the same attitude and disgraceful customer service.
I will never again book an aircoach I could’ve missed my flight over you.
Do not book aircoach. Book city link instead.
