If I could rate lower I would.
My daughter's were booked on the 23.00 bus from Dublin to Cork. It never showed up. They along with many others were left stranded and unaware that the bus was cancelled. The 00.00 bus refused to take them as he was full. The 01.00 bus took 2 passengers and the rest were left behind. There was no other service until 06.00.
Disgraceful treatment of paid customers.
