Disgraceful, avoid at all costs.
I thought I would be fine arriving 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Turns out the coach arrived 20 minutes early and passed me as I was walking to the stop. I ultimately had to take an expensive taxi to the airport. Their live GPS tracking feature for coaches is broken too. This used to be a great service but it is entirely unreliable lately and I will be finding an alternate way to travel to the airport in future. Just look at all the recent reviews online and you'll see a similar trend.
