Cancelled my booking.
Apparently ticket could be used on different service, had a "joy" of dealing and explaining myself with trying to use cancelled ticket with three members of staff that made a big deal of it in front of other passengers.
Felt extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed.
Several mails sent to customer service prior the departure, got answer on it after 10days .
Unfortunately the quickest service to the airport with very little alternatives so will use again.
Three stars for very kind drivers.
