The gentleman working at the glass ticket cabin at zone next to stand 2 at Dublin airport terminal 1 between 16.55 and 17:05 on Monday the 16th of September was extremely rude. The way he spoke to me made me feel belittled and small for just trying to buy a ticket from him. It was very confrontational and he berated me for not using the small stall. I just would like him to know that he hurt my feelings and that no matter what kind of a day a person has had it costs nothing to be nice. I am a gentle, shy and non confrontational person and the interaction has impacted on my feelings.
