After an aircoach service to the airport from south Dublin was suddenly cancelled, I managed to share taxi with three other people who were also stranded. I had a return Aircoach ticket and enquired later about getting a refund for the return journey.
The service team were very helpful and thanked me for bringing it to their attention for feedback to the operations team. I was refunded the amount without any fuss.
This was a pleasant surprise, as to be honest, I expected not to get any response and certainly no refund.
