The app can tend to show the wrong dates for the ticket you’re buying until after purchase - I bought a ticket for 19/09 1:10am and arriving at 19/09 3:00am and then in the booking confirmation it said it was for the 20th!
I emailed & called immediately and got no response so I bought another ticket for an earlier service that thankfully was correct with the date and time.
I received a response in the following days and the customer service department was very kind but made it clear the refund was out of goodwill rather than it being their own mistake, which I still disagree with.
Very relieved I was able to get the correct service and my money back for the issue, but this really needs to be corrected and changed for future customers!
