Arrived at the bay 3 car park to meet the bus just pulling out( hadn’t reached the exit Barrier so could have very easily stopped), already had this booked but driver refused to stop and just drove past me shaking his head, this was at 9 minutes past 10 on a service that wasn’t due to pull out until a minute later? Out the cost off another bus and 2 hour delay, unacceptable service
