Returning from the US I needed to change my booking but was unable to do so on line. My email wasn’t replied to until over a week after I had returned!
However when I did get back I was able to get on an Aircoach without any problem. If I had known this it would have saved a lot of worry.
I was also pleased that the busses were on time.
