Bus is convenient to get around but customer service is terrible. On the way to Dublin from the airport, the driver scanned our ticket therefore I presumed it would be the same on the way home so when I showed the driver my QR code upside down, expecting him to scan it, he snatched my phone out my hand and turned it the other way round instead of politely asking me to show it to him. He was also rude to other customers getting on and asking general questions. Would not use this company if you are new to the country and are a nervous traveller as it adds to the stress of going to the airport, especially when you are in a new country and don’t know where abouts you are going.
