I've tried to take aircoach 3 times. It has not shown up 2 of the times...with no warning, and then I have to call a taxi. Unreliable service is obviously not ideal for airport transport.
One time I got a refund quickly. The other time I'm still trying to get a refund for...I've called and emailed and spent 20 minutes on the phone and have a "reference number" and it's been almost 4 weeks.
DO NOT USE AIRCOACH if you actually want to get to the airport.
