First-time customer.
The bus didn't arrive - we had to take a taxi (St. Stephens Green - Airport).
No upfront information from Aircoach.
They refunded the online ticket but not the Flexi part of it -> even though the bus didn't arrive I couldn't cancel it myself and had to reach out to them adding more work to the already terrible experience.
