We had booked an airport bus, but the bus left without waiting for us that day because it ran earlier than its scheduled departure time. As a result of the investigation, we were refunded, but we wasted our money on a taxi. Since the Aircoach should know in advance the information of customers who have made reservations, we believe it is a natural response to wait for customers until the scheduled departure time.
