Very poor. Given incorrect time information. This happened the last time I used Aircoach too. When I asked the person in the kiosk (17.10 Friday 29th Nov) he was extremely rude. I had only said I was given the wrong time and could he please let his staff know. Said it wasn’t his problem got very rude and wasn’t even prepared to forward information on. If this is your customer interface it really needs attention.
