App is unreliable, tried to book a ticket via the app, but it said the payment could not be processed. I retried. At the third attempt the ticket was booked, but I discovered 2 days later that Aircoach processed all 3 payments. Later I discovered that one of my trips was overbooked and we had to wait for a later coach. Very unreliable.
