Customer Service does not exist. Live location of the bus is never anavailable (they put it on the sings but did not actually activate the service?!). The online booking is not respected: it does not give any priority. I've seen many people left at the bus stop while they were waving the online booking, because the driver let too many people without reservation on the bus, and it's not that they don't know how many people booked online. I've seen driver skipping stops, like instead of going on the bridge, at the UCD stop, the driver just went down the bridge, avoiding it. I was on that bus, I sent an email to the costumer service and I never get a reply. I have email tracker, it wasn't even opened.
Service is the same as 3 years ago BUT THEY RAISED THE PRICE, of course, it all makes sense.
People have to recommend it because the only other option is public transport but it does not run during the night and it will take 2 hours and half to get to the airport, while with the Aircoach is 50/60 mins. It's easy to run a business when there's no competition.
