Please do not leave any item on the bus and need the help of Aircoach to locate it. The Belfast staff member was quite rude during my initial telephone call the following morning, making absolutely no effort to help find my item. Even though the item was only left in the bus, late the previous evening and the bus went straight to the Belfast Depot, he advised that he wouldn’t be making contact with the driver or help ID the coach. Advised to contact a 3rd party company based in Dublin. On speaking to this 3rd party company directly, they did not have a great opinion of how Aircoach deal with lost property either so ultimately my valuable item is lost. I did speak to a member of Aircoach staff in Dublin (Stewart, so he told me) and he was to make inquiries and ring me back. I’m still waiting! I appreciate I left the item on the bus (my responsibility to take them) however, the customer service thereafter was awful.
