Last Saturday I was at the Old Wesley bus stop of the 700 at 05.00 for the 05.07 bus that never arrived. at 05.30 I had to hail a taxi to get to the airport in time (35e). I subsequently heard that the bus arrived at the bus stop at 05.40.
The whole point of using this service for me is the reliability especially early in the morning. I have been a big supporter of the service since it started but would now be worried if it would let me down again. After contacting customer service to highlight the issue I thought that at the very least a single journey from that bus stop would be offered as a gesture of goodwill. No was the answer. Rule 101 in customer service is keep long standing customers onside.
