Use this service regularly, but it has become very unreliable over the past year. I and several other passengers were left waiting for almost 1 hour at Dublin Airport T2, despite having a confirmed booking, as the coach was full when we attempted to board. called the customer service number and emailed a complaint and received no apology or explanation. Customer service shamefully tried to blame the crew on the ground.
