Trying to get a full refund for a flexi ticket that was booked for 05/01 from Dublin Airport to Cork because trip was cancelled by Aircoach in relation with the snow , they send me an email that they will refund only the price of the ticket (21 euro) and not the full price of (24 euro included flexi ) - please see below
