Given the red weather warning tomorrow, I can't get my 14 year old son (adult in your eyes!?!?!) to picj up his bus but you won't let me cancel. We live an hour from Derry and would need to travel during the red warning but apparently that doesn't matter, because 'computer says no!'. Its also the first bus travelling so am guessing you'll be welcome of the seat after you canx the previous 3 or 4 buses but still, 'computer says no'. Shocking and shameful response, Aircoach, you should be ashamed!
