I made an error with my booking. I rang and got the lovely Jessica. It was 10 mins before closing time and she didn't make me feel rushed at all. She explained clearly how to amend my booking and what steps to take. Very promptly next morning I received an email informing me of all sorted. Thank you Jessica for your swift & efficient service.
