Twice this year -already- our family has been let down by aircoach due to timetable coaches not turning up as per schedule. This includes my son who pre bought a ticket but the coach didn’t turn up. It is insufficient to just apologise as it causes considerable inconvenience and aggravation to customers. In my son’s case he had to get a taxi at significant cost and I had to be driven, at short notice to the airport by a family member.
The service is very bad - it used to be a reliable service - but no more.
I could not recommend aircoach to anyone.
